Clearing your cache in Safari

Clearing your cache and cookies may fix your technical problem.

To do this in Safari:

  1. Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
  2. Click the Advanced tab.
  3. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
  4. On the menu bar, select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Caches. 

Note: You may want to also clear your browser history.
