Clearing your cache and cookies may sometimes fix the technical problem you are experiencing.
To clear your cache in Firefox on a Mac:
- Open the Firefox browser.
- Click History from the main menu of the browser.
- From the History dropdown, click Clear Recent History.
- Select a time range of data to be cleared (Everything is recommended).
- Confirm that the following checkboxes are selected: Browsing & Download History, Cookies, Cache, Active Logins, and Form & Search History. Click Clear Now.
- Restart your browser.
To clear your cache in Firefox Windows:
- Open the Firefox browser.
- Click the Open Menu button (top right of page)
- An Options window will open. Click Privacy & Security in navigation on left side of page.
- Scroll to Cookies and Site Data.
- Click the Clear Data button.
- A Clear Data window will open. Be sure the following checkboxes are selected: Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content. Click Clear.
- Restart your browser.
