Clearing your cache and cookies may fix your technical problem.
To clear your cache in Internet Explorer:
- Open Internet Explorer 11.
- Click the tools icon (top right corner)
- Select Internet Options from the tools dropdown.
- From the General tab in the Internet Options menu page, locate the Browsing History section and click the Delete button.
- A Delete Browsing History page will open. Confirm the Temporary Internet file and website files box, Cookies and website data box, and History box are all checked. Click Delete.
- Restart Internet Explorer 11.
